Philabundance Thanksgiving Food Drive

More than ever, food-insecure Philadelphians need our support. In the spirit of CCJP’s commitment to Tzedakah, Kitah Hey spearheaded a pre-Thanksgiving food drive and fundraiser for Philabundance, a local non-profit food bank. As a community we collected and donated 357 Ibs of canned and dried goods, and raised an additional $1,080.

Supported by their Morot, CCJP friends explored the meaning of Tzedakah by helping to shop for and bring in their donated food-goods daily. Thank you to all of the families who contributed to this important cause!
